About the Author
Jon Finch is a live fire and BBQ cooking expert, food writer and festival maker. He is the founder of Grillstock festival and is also a contributor in a number of other festivals. He co-owns Quay Street Diner and is a chef for Delivita Wood Fired Ovens as well as Weber BBQ. Jon is the author of three best selling cook books and gives masterclasses nationally.
About Delivita: Founded in 2016 by uncle and niece team duo, Joe Formisano and Olivia Robinson, Delvita was developed to inspire passion for wood-fired outdoor cooking and bring families and friends together to share fun, relaxed meals. They have always been passionate about handmade pizza, but quickly came to realise that there wasn’t a domestic oven that was hot enough to make the perfect pizza.
