The Ooni Koda 16 Pizza Oven is the bigger brother of the Koda Pizza Oven and fits pizza up to 16 inches – designed for speed and ease of use itboasts a wide opening, large cordierite stone baking board and innovative L-shaped flame.This gas-powered oven takes seconds to set up andis ready to cook in 20 minutes and can reach temperatures up to 500C (932F). Use the heat control dial to cook Neapolitan-style 16″ pizza in just 60 seconds!

The outer shell of the pizza oven is made fromcold-rolled carbon steel with a high temperature resistant powder-coated finish that’s weather-resistant, with a thick layer of insulation.The inside of the oven shouldn’t need cleaning at all as its self-cleaning but, if you should feel it needs a wipe down, you can do so with paper towels.
