The outer shell of the pizza oven is made fromhighly durablecarbon steel with a high temperature resistant powder-coated finish that’s weather-resistant, with a thick layer of insulation.The inside of the oven shouldn’t need cleaning at all as its self-cleaning but, if you should feel it needs a wipe down, you can do so with paper towels.
