You can even use metal utensils with your TNS cookware without fear of damaging the surface. The non-stick properties are so good that very little added fat is required to let your food slip off with ease. In many cases, you can dry fry using TNS cookware for the healthiest results. Toughened Non-Stick cookware is made from hardened aluminium for lightness and conductivity. It has the TNS non-stick coating on both the inside and outside of the pan for ease of cleaning and all pieces are dishwasher safe.
