Wash the pot by hand in hot soapy water and dry thoroughly, especially round the rim of the pot. To remove stubborn food fill your fondue pot with hot, soapy water, if necessary leave to soak for a few hours to make it easier to clean. The forks can be cleaned in the dishwasher. Wipe the burner with a damp cloth. Discolouring may occur on the base from direct contact with the flame. This discolouration does not affect performance in any way whatsoever.
