Epicurean Natural All-in-One Board – 25cm

Epicurean boards are the ones that we select for use in the Divertimenti Cookery School.

Made from a composite material based around recycled paper. It’s not only incredibly tough, but also made to be thin and lightweight – perfect for storing. Best of all, it’s dishwasher safe and easily fit inside any domestic machine – limiting the possibility of cross-contamination of foods.

The surface is non-porous and incredibly heat resistant, so the Epicurean board can also be used as a trivet for even the hottest of pans. They are also very kind to knives – the surface is designed to score, so the knife isn’t being blunted as you cut.

The All-in-One Board features silicone feet on each corner, ideal for keeping the board in place as you cut and chop. The generous groove around the edge of the board will keep juices and oils away from the worktop or table.

In order to keep your board in pristine condition, we recommend the occasional application of Epicurean Board Butter to condition it.
