Description

The Emile Henry pestle & mortar is ideal for crushing and grinding herbs and spices to prepare sauces and dips quickly and easily. The inside glaze has been specially created so the ingredients do not slip about, it does not stain or retain any odours.

The pestle is made from beech wood with a ceramic head. The mortar has a diameter of 15cm – perfect for most everyday preparation.

All Emile Henry products are made in France and offer a ten year guarantee.

The mortar can be placed in the dishwasher, but the pestle should be washed by hand.
