Description
Poffertjes are a Dutch speciality of delicious miniature pancakes, typically served coated in sugar or with a sweet syrup for dipping. This pan features miniature moulds that are perfect for making your own poffertjes at home and it can be used to make mini blinis too.
The heavy quality iron pan is coated with beeswax, which offers excellent protection against oxidation and means the surface can be seasoned a technique used to create a non-stick coating and to protect from rust, achieved by baking on multiple thin coats of oil.
