Thermapen IR Thermometer

Description

The Thermapen IR combines 2 unique thermometer instruments into 1 – with features taken from both the Thermapen 4 and their Infrared thermometer. The casing is washable and includes Biomaster additive that reduces bacterial growth and the ergonomic rubber seal minimises the risk of the ingress of water, dust or food. It features a motion sensor so it enters a sleep mode when stationery but springs to life when lifted up to use which helps to prolong the battery life.

The Infrared gives an accurate surface temperature by simply pointing and pressing the button, for an accurate internal temperature you need the Thermapen metal probe which can give its reading in around 3 seconds.

Easy to read with a backlit digital display and configurable as you require to a specified accuracy between 1 or 0.1 and simple to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit.
