Its face features a chart of key doneness temperatures – for beef, pork, chicken and fish. Once you’ve chosen your desired doneness, you can make it easy to monitor by setting its handy temperature reference marker to the required target. When the dial reaches the target temperature, you know it’s done, just the way you like it. You don’t have to do any conversions either. This cooking thermometer accurately displays temperatures from 54C to 130C (and from 130F to 185F). Displayed with red and white markings against a cool grey display, it’s really easy to take a reading.
