A wonderfully authentic cast iron frying pan for the perfect sear, or equally wonderful for slow cooking over a low heat. The mini size makes it perfect for a single egg or pancake, or for toasting whole spices to release their aromas before grinding.

The natural non-stick properties of these cast iron pans only get better with age and use. The 5 mm thick base gives even outstanding heat conduction and its strong construction ensures it remains stable on any heat source, even at high temperatures. Suitable for use on all heat sources gas, oven – even an open fire.

Made with only naturally pure ingredients, Skeppshults cast iron is an environmentally friendly and healthy alternative to todays plastic-coated aluminium pans. Skeppshults cast iron can withstand very high temperatures; the bottoms of the pans are concave to compensate for metal expansion when heated and thus they do not become round when they are heated.
