Rontan’s cheek block is a Hobie 18 and Prindle downhaul and turning block.Stainless steel cheeks and Acetal sheaves ensure a long service life with virtually no maintenance. Hollow rivets in the block heads can be fitted with shackles, which can also be used to add a becket for extra purchase.
Specifications: 3/4″ sheave diameter, 3/16″ maximum line diameter; 330 lb. maximum working load; 990 lb. breaking load.
-For H-18, use 7′ of downhaul line
