P16 Main Halyard with Shackle

The Murrays Prindle 16 main halyard is made to factory specs. We use 316 stainless steal bare wire and thimbles. It also has a Ronstan Halyard Shackle with a captive pin so that it will not fall out when loosened.

A main halyard is used to raise the main sail. This is the old-style wire portion of main halyard for Prindle 16. For line portion, use 26 feet of 3/16″ low-stretch (#39-1410).

The new-style main halyard is just line with a halyard ring; order 52 feet of 3/16″ low-stretch line (#39-1410).
