Description

With the Lodge round griddle, your food rests on rows of raised ribs so it doesn’t cook in excess fat. It is made of cast iron which can be heated to very high temperatures so it’s ideal for cooking steak and browning, crisping or sauting. Unlike many cast iron pans, the Lodge griddle has been pre-treated so it’s ready to use.

• Suitable for use on all hobs including induction.
• We do not recommend for use on glass and ceramic hobs as this product is very heavy and may cause damage.
• Avoid washing and clean by wiping out with kitchen paper.
