The Kizuna Series from Kyocera is their premium line and the ceramic blade is made at temperatures up to 1500C and at pressure up to 2000 bar. This means that the blades and extremely sharp and stay that way for longer. The blade is then finished with a traditional sand-wave pattern. The handle is made from an ergonomically shaped Pakkawood handle and feature stainless steel rivets and details.
