Cubaita is a crunchy dessert with roots in Arabia that is very popular throughout the Mediterranean. Classically, the gluten-free brittle is made with almonds. This variation contains 2 types of crispy brittle: one classic flavour with almonds and one with hazelnuts – both with dark chocolate. The gluten-free, sweet snack goes perfectly with tea or coffee and makes a nice snack when you need a little pick-me-up.
