In this wonderful masterclass, twice Michelin Starred chef Atul Kochhar will introduce you to exotic flavours and ingredients from India. Atul will guide you though creating delicious recipes (from his cookbook Simple Indian) that are effortless to create yet impressive to serve, bound to ‘wow’ dinner guests while showcasing the rich and varied food heritage of India.

- Tandoori Salmon with Lime Marinade (Nimbuwali Machchi)
- Chicken Chettinad Curry (Kozhi Vartha Kozhambu)
- Lamb Stew

Copies of Simple Indian will be available for purchase and signing on the day of the event.
