These knives achieve long-lasting sharpness thanks to their 3 layered stainless-steel blade with SG2 cutting core, which is heat treated to reach a hardness of 63HRC.
The blade is adorned with an artistic hammered motif and rests on a black beech Pakka Wood handle decorated with a Japanese Samurai family crest and convex Yaxell kanji logo.
