The Rosle Spatula has a wire handle and a flexible silicone head which moulds itself perfectly to the profile of the pan or bowl being used. Perfect for brushing the final egg-wash onto your pastry creations, but thanks to the heat-resistant properties of the silicone it also makes a wonderful baster when cooking hot foods. Heat resistant from -30C to +200C.
