The Rosle Pastry brush has a wire handle and a wide, high capacity silicone head. Perfect for brushing the final egg-wash onto your pastry creations, but thanks to the heat-resistant properties of the silicone it also makes a wonderful baster when cooking hot foods. Heat resistant from -70C to +220C.
