The pepper mill is designed for grinding black, white, green, red, and pink peppercorns (up to 15% in a blend) as well as coriander seeds. The salt mill is designed for grinding dry rock salt with a crystal size of less than or equal to 4mm. They are not suitable for use with wet or dried wet sea salt.
